Private Social Worker As a Beacon of Recovery
Social worker since 2013, I’ve built a career as a psychosocial counselor since 2009 through my professional experiences, as well as my initial training as a social work technician, followed by my bachelor’s degree in social work. I am a member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ), which remains deeply field-based oriented in the face of the tumults of psychosocial realities.

Like a beacon of recovery, my aim is to accompany you in restoring functional balance following a breakdown associated with problems you have experienced. Having developed my practice around a strengths-based approach, I believe in your empowerment capacities.

Through the experiences accumulated in my various roles, I have gained significant expertise in supporting individuals and their families who are experiencing various psychosocial issues (domestic violence, sexual assault, various forms of grief, mental or physical health problems, etc.). I offer support related to transitional issues (illness, caregiving, death, birth, etc.), as well as relational issues that may be associated with them (marital and/or intrafamilial conflicts).

I have extensive experience in mental health issues across a broad spectrum, including more specifically eating disorders. My experience is also particularly associated with burnout contexts, where I provide support to facilitate your return to work/studies. I greatly deepened this expertise during my tenure in a Family Medicine Group (FMG).

Currently, I provide evaluation and follow-up services for adolescents (14+), adults, and seniors, primarily through video consultations.

I look forward to accompanying you on your journey!
